This is National Mentoring Month! Please make note of the following events:

Mentor Dinner and Enrichment Night - This is a special evening for all of our mentors. Please join us Monday evening, January 22nd from 6-8pm  for a delicious dinner and then a wonderful guest speaker, Rev. James White, local pastor and VP of Leadership Development for the Triangle YMCA.

Mentor Appreciation Week – Monday, Jan. 22nd – Monday, Jan. 29th
As you attend your mentoring sessions this week, please enjoy our on-site receptions to honor you and all the hard work you do with our students!

No Community HOPE Days - MLK Day, Monday, Jan. 14th and Monday, Jan. 22nd a Wake County Public Schools Teacher Workday

----------FEBRUARY----------

No Community HOPE – Monday, Feb. 19th – Wake County Public Schools Teacher Workday

African American History Enrichment Days – Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 21 and 22nd (Special onsite activities for students and mentors to celebrate African American History)

Field Trip – Saturday, Feb. 24th – Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend with your student. Place – TBA.
